People begin trying too hard,

to be like somebody they're not.

I woke up at 10+am today, and the skies were clear. One hour later, I had to switch on the lights at home cos there was a thunderstorm . I dont like the lightning/thunder since I was young, hated it especially when I was alone at home.

Haha, I have this habit of switching on as many lights as possible when 1) the whole house is freaking dark cos of the weather and 2) I'm alone at home at night. Normally I would just stay in my room and not wander around the house in the above situations, but I have to switch on the lights in the balcony, kitchen, living room, parent's room and piano area. All except my granny's and sister's room, cos they're right at the end. Timid like mad, yes.

Anyway! Met Joey and LYJ today :) Went present-hunting! More or less settled, will be out with them and Clare on Sat! Can't wait! We bought tea leaf eggs, and KOI bubble-tea. Love it!

Guess what I'm listening to now! Songs from PLAY! A video game symphony :D Theme songs from games like Metal Gear Solid, Halo, Castlevania, Kingdom Hearts, WoW, FF etc. I seriously miss those times when some of us took part in the concert. I think it's one of the most memorable event in my life. Fell in love with the theme song of Metal Gear Solid ever since!

I'd do anything to perform in that concert again.

Zoo tomorrow, will it rain? :/ I dont really mind, cos the weather's going to be really cooling after it stops. But then the question is, if it rains, when will it stop? Argh, sunshine.
